Delivery Care Guide
Be careful when removing your flowers or wreaths from any packaging. Your flowers have been carefully packaged to help minimise any compression and damage. Your flowers may need 24/48 hours to look their best. There are a few things we can do to help with the process.
Pampas Collection - You can give your pampas stems or wreaths a gentle shake upside down or use a hairdryer on a very LOW COOL setting (this can be a little messy so you may wish to do this outside). Place in a clean dry vase. Do not use water.
Wreath Collection - Once you have hung your wreath fluff any pieces by hand that may of been flattened in transit. It most cases your flowers are attached by wire but some may of been glued on so do this carefully.
Dried Flower Collection - Remove dried flowers carefully from all packaging. If you wish to untie your flowers then do this carefully. You can trim the stems to suit the vase you wish to display them in. (Tip: Use a vase around two-thirds the height of your arrangement to help ensure your flowers are well supported.) Do not water or place in direct sunlight. To remove dust gently use the cool setting of a hairdryer to blow on them.
If you wish to store your flowers or wreath away then its a good idea to keep the box they were delivered in. Wrap them in tissue paper and store in a cool dry place.
